Albert Einstein said "Never memorize what you can look up in books."

As a working PT I have found this to be all too true. We are exposed to so much information in school. We could never possible learn, digest and analyze everything that was presented.

During our internships we find that there is so much more to PT than anything we could ever learn in books. Finally, when we graduate and find that perfect job, we realize that maybe we don't know as much as we think!

We have a responsibility to our patients to provide them with the best possible care. We have a responsibilty to our profession to continue learning and researching our skills in order to justify our goals and outcomes. You have a responsibilty to challenge yourself to raise your skill to the next level of patient care.

It is my goal with this website to make this job just a little bit easier for you. I have spent extensive time compiling references to tools that we use each and every day in our practices, as well many that we don't. I have tried to orgainze by both type of setting and also by type of patient.
