Origin: pisiform bone and tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris muscle

Insertion: base of the proximal phalanx of the 5th finger and ulnar aspect of extensor expansion

Action: abducts little finger

Innervation: deep branch of ulnar nerve, C8 and T1

Blood Supply: ulnar artery
